Your orders are prepared from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. You will receive an e-mail when your order is shipped.
The average delivery time is 3 to 4 days in France, please allow a few extra days for other countries

You can follow the progress of your delivery directly from your customer account, or via the link you'll find in the shipment confirmation e-mail. Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 3 to 4 days in France by our carrier. For deliveries outside France, delivery times are likely to be a little longer.
